The Honeywell Elster Pulse Transmitter Units (IN-Z61 & BKG-EPULSE) are retrofittable pulse generation sensors specifically designed for Honeywell Elster BK-G Series diaphragm gas meters (G4 to G100). Engineered to clip directly into the counter index head without disturbing metrological seals, these transmitters provide clean volt-free pulse outputs for automated meter reading (AMR), data loggers, and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Key Engineering Highlights:
  • Non-Intrusive Clip-on Installation: Slots directly into the meter index window without depressurising pipework or breaking calibration wire seals.
  • Volt-Free Contact Output: Standard reed switch contact compatible with digital inputs on Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, and Cylon controllers.
  • Integrated Tamper Detection: Features anti-fraud loop contact to detect unauthorized cable detachment or magnetic interference.
  • Industrial Cable Leads: Available as terminal block unit (IN-Z61) or pre-wired with 2-metre industrial PVC lead (BKG-EPULSE).
