The Common CPT-04M Industrial Turbine Gas Quantometer is a heavy-duty, flow-velocity gas turbine meter engineered for in-plant consumption measurement, process monitoring, and commercial boiler sub-metering. Designed for high volume flows and harsh industrial operating conditions, the CPT-04M features a precision turbine wheel, an internal flow conditioner, and a 350° rotating totalizer head.
Key Engineering Highlights:
- Industrial Turbine Flow Accuracy: Delivers ±1.5% measurement accuracy across wide flow spans (1:20 standard dynamic ratio).
- Wafer & Screwed Fitting Versatility: Available as female screwed BSP (1" to 2") or short-pattern wafer bodies sandwich-mounted between PN16 flanges (DN50 to DN200).
- 350° Rotatable Totalizer Head: High-visibility mechanical 8-digit register can be positioned at any angle for easy reading in horizontal or vertical lines.
- Integrated Pulse Transmitters: Features dual low-frequency (LF) reed switches and anti-tamper security contact as standard (Tuchel connector).
- Rugged Aluminum Casing: High-integrity pressure-resistant cast aluminum housing rated up to 16 bar operating pressure.
